I offer my coaching services remotely via video streaming (Skype/Zoom/Google Hangouts) depending on your personal preference. In these coaching sessions we will discuss your fitness goals and set-up an individual plan specifically tailored to you. This will include a nutrition plan, exercise routine, supplementation plan as well as any recommendation that will help you achieve your fitness goals (motivational support, building and improving habits, practical suggestions for food and exercise options).
The coaching sessions will be a collaboration between you and me to perfect the best possible weight loss strategy that you can integrate in your life beyond our time working together. My goal is to help you build long-term healthy habits that will improve your lifestyle, energy levels and make you look and feel better overall. I will support you throughout your weight loss journey and make sure you can reach your goals while keeping your preferences in mind. Whether you want to try intermittent fasting, build muscle and improve your heart health, or simply stick to walking as exercise I will make a plan that fits your lifestyle while losing weight. This also includes enjoying your favourite foods in moderation!
